اطلاعیه شماره ۱بر اساس توافق ثبتشده در سازمان ملل متحد، کشورهای زیر:
بریتانیا کره شمالی چین اتحادی با نام «روسین» (Rusin Alliance) تشکیل دادهاند. قوانین اتحاد: ظرفیت این اتحاد تکمیل شده است و عضو جدیدی پذیرفته نخواهد شد. اعضای این اتحاد حق پیوستن به هیچ اتحاد دیگری را ندارند. هر کشوری که قصد خروج از اتحاد را داشته باشد، موظف است مبلغ ۹۰ میلیارد دلار به دو عضو دیگر پرداخت کند. این توافق تا زمان اعلام رسمی تغییر یا لغو آن معتبر خواهد بود. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
English Official United Nations Announcement According to the agreement registered with the United Nations, the following countries:
United Kingdom North Korea Chinahave formed an alliance called "Rusin Alliance."
Alliance Rules: The alliance has reached its maximum capacity, and no new members may join. Members are not allowed to join any other alliance. Any member wishing to leave the alliance must pay 90 billion USD to the other two member states. This agreement remains in effect until an official amendment or termination is announced.
