جواب، آیرونی (Irony) بود!آیرونی (وارونهگویی یا کنایه) یعنی موقعیت یا حرفی که معنای ظاهریش با معنای واقعیش متضاد باشه.
در ادبیات کی استفاده میشه؟برای غافلگیری، گاهی ایجاد طنز و گاهی بهت! مثلا وقتی نویسنده، زمینهچینی میکنه و انتظاری رو برای خواننده میسازه، بهاینقصد که دستِ آخر، کاری کنه که خلاف انتظارات خواننده پیش بره.
توی داستان بالا، مرد از هیروشیما نجات پیدا کرده اما توی ناگازاکی بستری شده; چیدمانی که باعث میشه شاید ناخودآگاه از بدشانسی مرد، خندهت بگیره اما درلحظه، یاد واقعه هولناک بمباران شیمیایی این دو شهر بیفتی.
یک مثال از آیرونی در مکالمه روزمرهA: The person who wrote a book about saving money went bankrupt.
