Past Simple
1 - ابتدا یک جمله گذشته ساده را در نظر بگیرید.she played tennis when she was younger.2- از فعل کمکی did استفاده کرده و آن را در اول جمله میآوریم.Did she played tennis when she was younger.3- فعل را از حالت گذشته خارج کرده و به حالت اصلی برمیگردانیم.Did she play tennis when she was younger?(آیا او وقتی جوانتر بود تنیس بازی میکرد؟)
when did she play tennis?
لذا عبارت when she was younger را حذف کردیم.
what did she play when she was younger?
what did she do when she was younger?
Who discovered penicillin? Who wrote Don Quixote?
قبل از فعل اصلی did not یا didn't میگذاریم.They didn’t go to Spain this year.
*1. برای صحبت کردن درباره اتفاقی که یکبار در گذشته رخ داد.* I met my wife in 1983. We went to Spain for our holidays. They got home very late last night.
When I was a boy I walked a mile to school every day. We swam a lot while we were on holiday. They always enjoyed visiting their friends.
I lived abroad for ten years. He enjoyed being a student. She played a lot of tennis when she was younger.
I met my wife a long time ago.

What did she want to show by it?
He looked at me, and I looked at him.
I had no idea that it was you.
But I didn't wait to hear the answer.
But I made good from the first day.
But how did he learn about the marriage?
It was for her father that she came.
Then he led me into his own room.
I saw him for a moment before we started.
This question brought the girl to the present. I didn't know it,but I did.
She looked at them again as she spoke.
It took long to read it.
The character of land changed.
I went to be so sharp.
He looked at it, but he saw it
I did it, but we did it.
But she waited for his answer.
They walked on in silence for some time.
It was a long time that they sat there.
We will now return the way we came.
I asked him if he was of this country.
But first I wanted a word with you.
He didn't know it, but she knew it.
Why didn’t I think of that before?
When at your hands did I deserve this scorn?
Didn’t you know I had a child?

Did you observe the notice he took of Julie?
