Due to the recent events in the EMR region, PreEMR22 and EMR were postponed to ensure the safety and well-being of all members. After careful consideration, we are happy to announce that we are back again and officially opening a new call for Participants and Trainers for the 22nd Pre-Eastern Mediterranean Regional Meeting (PreEMR22), now taking place from 22 June to 26 June 2026 in Amman, Jordan.
About PreEMR22
PreEMR is a long-standing capacity-building event that has brought together IFMSA members year after year to learn, grow, and strengthen their skills through IFMSA-certified workshops. Over time, it has become a shared space for generations of members from across the world to connect and develop together.
PreEMR22, taking place in Amman, Jordan, aims to further empower members by offering learning opportunities across a diverse range of topics through five workshops.
Call for Participants
We warmly invite IFMSA members to apply as participants to take part in one of the following workshops:
- Mental Health Essentials (MHE) - Resilient Education for Action in Crisis and Health (REACH) - YES IT’S BACK!- Finance, Logistics & Administration Workshop (FAL) - SMART - United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs)
Participants will be asked to select a first, second, and third workshop choice. Applications will be reviewed starting from the first choice; if not selected, they will be considered for the second and third choices to ensure fair evaluation and increase acceptance opportunities.
Previous experience is not required. This space is open for members taking their first steps as well as those continuing their IFMSA journey.
Call for Trainers and Facilitators
We are also opening the call for trainers and facilitators interested in facilitating one of the listed workshops.
Trainers and facilitators play a central role in shaping the learning experience at PreEMR22. We welcome individuals who are committed, responsible, and motivated to create a safe and enriching learning environment. Specific expectations and requirements are detailed in the trainers’ application form.

Members who submitted applications during the previous call are kindly requested to reapply through this new call to ensure all applications are updated and aligned with the new event dates and logistics.

The Travel Assistance Fund is a regional support mechanism designed to facilitate the participation of delegates from current and potential EMR National Member Organizations who may face financial challenges in attending EMR meetings.
The Travel Assistance Fund aims to promote equitable access to EMR22, strengthen regional representation and diversity and support members whose circumstances might otherwise limit participation.
Selection criteria:A maximum of two TAF applications per NMO is permitted;Clarity and strength of motivation,Demonstrated financial need,Planned personal development outcomes, Intended contribution to National Member Organization and regional activities, Size of the National Member Organization delegation, Previous participation of the National Member Organization in regional meetings, Gender balance,Overall National Member Organization diversity within the region.A support letter issued by the applicant university, a non IFMSA organization or a current or former employer. 🟣فراخوان حضوری مسابقات منطقه
این فرصتی است برای ارائه و دیدهشدن پروژههایی که واقعاً تأثیرگذار بودهاند. فرصتی ویژه برای به تصویر کشیدن قلب تپنده فعالیتهای سازمانهای ملیمان، به ویژه در حالی که بیست و پنجمین سالگرد منطقه مدیترانه شرقی (EMR) را جشن میگیریم.پروژهها در این فراخوان بر اساس میزان تأثیر، خلاقیت و کیفیت اجرا در سطح منطقهای ارزیابی میشوند .
شرط اصلی شرکت پروژه ها :
پروژه حتما باید اینرول شده باشد!
ارائه پروژه ها فقط ب صورت حضوری انجام خواهد شد.
از بین پروژه های ارسال شده از سوی شما تنها ۳ پروژه انتخاب و برای مسابقه ارسال خواهد شد
ددلاین ارسال پروژه ها تا ۲۸ می(۷خرداد) ساعت ۲۳:۵۹ GMT می باشد.
توجه: عزیزانی که پروژه ارسال کرده بودند و قبلا برای فیر ثبت کرده بودند لطفا پیام بدهند تا نیاز به ثبت مجدد نباشد.

امیدوارم همگی عزیزان در سلامت باشیدمجمع جهانی (AM25) فدراسیون جهانی دانشجویان پزشکی (IFMSA) امسال در تاریخ 1-7 آگوست 2026 برگزار خواهد شد.
مجمع این دوره به شکل هیبرید (حضوری و آنلاین) در کشور قزاقستان برگزار خواهد شد. این فراخوان برای هئیت اعزامی آنلاین میباشد. جلسات کمیته ها، NMO Management و Presidnets برگزار خواهد شد. این فراخوان شامل جلسات کمیته SCORP نمیشود.🧾 اطلاعات بیشتر در مورد مجمع را میتوانید اینجا بیابید.
